Harrods online casino was launched in December 2000 Harrods casino is operated by Enliven Gaming N.V, an affiliate of Kismet International N.V.  Enliven Gaming N.V. operates under license issued by the government of Netherlands Antilles

To simplify things, Enliven Gaming & Kismet International are essentially the same company/group although I understand Kismet International to be the casino software arm and Enliven Gaming to be the customer processing end. Note that in the case of Harrods casino your cheques are issued in the name of Harrods Leisure Ltd.
